How soon can I get started?

Melanie offers a limited number of sessions each month. If all sessions have been booked, jump on the waitlist. You will be prioritised as soon as the next block of sessions is offered.

What information do I need to have before the session?

The more information you can provide, the more prepared Melanie can be. At the very least you will need to provide your last two years’ profit and loss reports.

Is there a report I can download and keep?

Yes. The session includes delivery of a custom detailed Profit Flow Diagnosis report. You can work through the strategy recommendations on your own or upgrade to a strategy package with Melanie.

How much preparation do I need to do before the session?

Very little! Melanie will request some information from you including profit and loss reports, but your prep should not take longer than 30 minutes.

We do ask that all requested information is provided at least 72 hours prior to your session time so Melanie can prepare.

I'm new to business. Can this session help me figure out a plan?

The Profit Flow Diagnosis is designed for existing businesses. It’s not suitable for businesses that have less than two years’ trading history, or have not yet generated sales.

When do I need to pay?

We will send you a payment link within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) to confirm your booking.

Is there a money back guarantee? Yes. If after the 90 Minute Diagnosis call, Melanie has not identified any profit blocks or leaks you can request a full refund.
